Cypraea semiplota annae, Roberts 1869

J' ai obtenu cette Cypraea semiplota annae dans un petit lot Ebay de Hawaii. On ne la voyait presque pas sur la photo et encore moins l' identifier. Mais j' ai écouté mon sixième sens et Bingo!!!!! Sa couleur plutôt marron et quelques indices vus au microscope USB laissent penser qu' elle a été trouvée beached! Il y a quelques années on pensait l' espèce éteinte parce que plus trouvée depuis longtemps. Taille: 9 mm. (Photos réalisées avec microscope USB x 800).

I have got this Cypraea semiplota annae in a small batch of Ebay Hawaii. It almost did not see from the photo, much less identify it. But I have listened to my sixth sense and Bingo!! The color rather brown and some hints seen under the microscope USB suggest that it was found beached! A few years ago we thought the extinct because no most found long ago. Size: 9 mm.(Photos taken with microscope USB x 800).

The other two are of the same origin and the same state. Size: 10 and 12 mm.

Les deux autres sont de la même origine et dans le même état. Taille: 10 et 12 mm.
